About Us
We’re brothers. We create art. We play music. We build work technology companies. We’re HR geeks.
That might not sound like a logical equation, but it’s ours. It’s really more of a circle built around design. Whether it’s playing music (yep, we’ve played sold out shows opening for the Deftones), producing a movie, or developing enterprise work technology software, it’s all about better design for better experiences.
After a few years working in corporate America, we set out on a journey to build an employee engagement company (Modern Survey), and then reached a point where it needed broader reach to be more useful. We sold it to Aon in 2016 and stayed as partners to make sure the integration worked and to help the business grow into a top-five global employee engagement provider. Plus, we got to help clients around the world with their people strategies.
Next step, we produced the award-winning film Tuscaloosa — a natural thing to do after working in HR technology, right?
And then 2020 came, and we knew it was time to help, a time when the world required all of our attention and care. But it couldn’t be the same old thing. So RADICL was born. We chose the name deliberately, because the definition — advocating revolutionary changes in current practices — fits what we believe is needed right now.
We believe great design delivers magic. The same magic that draws your eyes to the movie screen, that makes you want to get up and dance to a song, those are the same emotions that motivate you at work. And that’s what we’re about: using radical design to create the magic that makes work where you want to be.
We’d love to hear your story. Let’s talk!
